Kick start a Jan detox the right way




It's that time of year again when we want to burn off all of that Christmas indulgence and look at all things health related. Dry January anyone?. A detox is like an internal shower - refreshing and invigorating our body from the inside, out and a great way to start the New Year. A good detox is a natural way to accelerate recovery in the body and repair, as you allow the body to restore balance, remove toxins and excess fat.


What is Cellulite?

Cellulite is caused by fat underneath the skin building up. Anyone can be prone to Cellulite no matter the size. The distribution of fat cells is more visible in Women than in Men.

The collagen fibers between the skin and muscle separate the underlying fat into multiple pockets. As you age Cellulite can become more visible and your skin becomes thinner and loses elasticity.
