Pregnancy is a special and exciting time. This package will start with my heavenly Pregnancy full body massage to assist in reducing anxiety and stress. bringing about a feeling of increased relaxation and calmness.
I will use nourishing oils perfect for aiding the reduction of stretchmarks. The massage includes the back, in a comfortable side lying position with a pregnancy pillow for extra comfort. The legs, arms, shoulders and scalp are also included and a light massage to the bump can be optional.

This package also includes a 3o minute express prescriptive facial. This mini facial will refresh the skin with aromatic cleansers, then buff away dulling dead skin cells. A rapidly working mask will infuse skin with nourishment before hydrating moisturisers protect the skin.

Did you know that a Postpartum massage can aid recovery after birth. After having your new baby, why not book out some much needed 'ME' time. Suitable as soon as you feel ready after birth or 6 weeks after a
C-section. Treatment will begin with a relaxing and de-stressing full body massage easing any aches and pains using a soothing oil blend which is breastfeeding safe. A Postpartum massage relaxes muscles, increases circulation and lowers stress hormones, bringing both physical and emotional relief.

The treatment will be complete with a soothing and rejuvenating facial. To keep the skin glowing and hydrated after all of those sleepless nights.

This package includes my relaxing 60 minute Aromatherapy full body massage to soothe the senses & calm the mind. Easing any tension and relaxing the body. Massage includes back, neck, shoulders, arms & legs.
This is followed by a bespoke prescriptive mini facial for your skin concern. Includes cleanse, toning, exfoliation, face mask, scalp massage using coconut oil and finishing products to complete the treatment, eye cream, serum and moisturiser.
