WELCOME TO SERENITA
Bringing the spa experience to my
luxury private beauty studio in Woking
Welcome to Serenita, the Spa experience from my luxury
beauty studio In Woking.
Hi, my name is Lisa Ricci
I love making people feel good about themselves. I am a qualified (NVQ, ITEC, VTCT), fully insured therapist and member of the industry body BABTAC. I have over 15 years experience in the Beauty industry, working as a therapist for 4 and 5 star spas in the UK, including Champneys. Before starting my own business venture, I was a trainer for some top skin care brands including Decleor and Caudalie, giving my expertise to therapists, in some of the most luxury spas in the country and training beauty college lecturers. In my time at Decleor, I even made a couple of guest appearances on QVC. Since having my son Oliver in 2020 becoming a mum, I found that the long distance travel and staying away from home that comes with being a trainer, did not fit around my family life anymore, this is when I came up with the idea for Serenita, which literally means Serenity in Italian. So please scroll through my website for my list of treatments and I look forward to welcoming you for a treatment very soon.

Treatment policy
As a small business, the effects of clients not showing for an appointment or cancelling last minute can be detrimental to a business. For this reason, if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice when your treatment is due, I am afraid I would need to deduct 50% of the treatment fee. If I have a no-show or less than 2 hours notice of cancellation before your treatment is due, this would be 100% of the treatment fee.
I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, if you are more than 10 minutes late for the appointment, I may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. I would still need to charge for the full service.
Thank you in advance for your understanding
